About The Role
A technical position, you will ensure both the company and customer base are meeting up-to-date regulations from Governing bodies. Duties will include:
* Supporting new and existing products in Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs
* Managing a select portfolio of company customers with similar requirements.
* Consistently checking for updates from various governing bodies that may impact both the business and your customers.
* Liaising with other internal teams such as R&D, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure all departments are updated and educated.
* Informing all regulatory updates to affected customers and suppliers via email and telephone.
* Maintaining and updating the company Database, Product Files and Specifications.
* Creating new and amending existing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in line with governing bodies such as EU REACH, CLP and GHS regulations.
* Solving potential quality issues.
About You
It is vital that you have a degree in a Scientific field, ideally, Chemistry related.
To be successful, you will have a keen attention to detail and enjoy a technical administrative position, with strong communication and writing skills that befit such a role.
You will enjoy having the responsibility of managing and updating your own set of customers that have similar specific requirements.
To fit this profile, you will have an outgoing personality to communicate between different departments and provide technical regulatory information to customers.
