Quality Manager- Role Overview
A local manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team.
This will be a hands-on role with customer interaction as well as managing quality and improving systems throughout the organisation.
Quality Manager- Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and IATF16949
Responsible for the maintenance of the QMS.
Work closely with customers and resolve customer complaints/concerns.
Participate in continuous improvement activities across the site.
Prepare for internal audits and ensure audits are conducted on time.
Quality Manager- Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will come from the manufacturing industry as a Quality Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
Hold a recognised engineering qualification such as C&G, HNC, HND or BEng.
Extensive experience in Quality with strong problem-solving skills including 8D, 5Y and RCA.
Internal auditing experience
Experience working within an ISO9001 and IATF16949 certified organisation.
