Quality Manager – Aylesbury
Looking for a new challenge with a dynamic and innovative company? Our client is the UK's largest and most trusted garden room company and they are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their growing team. As Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their 5-star standards are maintained and developed across all departments. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead quality management system targets and objectives, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing and installation operations.
Your responsibilities will include developing quality KPIs, implementing training plans, auditing operational SOPs, conducting inspections, and maintaining ISO9001 Quality Standards. You will also design quality standards and specifications, review existing procedures, and collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety, legal, and national or international standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. You will be a strong leader with sound commercial acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In return, they offer a competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), along with 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays, a company contribution pension scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, private health cover AXA, and a competitive bonus scheme paid annually.
