Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for their next role? Are you interested in working for a leading not-for-profit organisation within their OUTSTANDING service?
Compass Associates are excited to continue their partnership with a leading, provider of elderly, nursing, residential and dementia care. We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager into their OUTSTANDING care home on the outskirts of High Wycombe.
You will lead both the support and care teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision. You will maintain a strong relationship with CQC. With your passion for the job that you do you will have the ability to provide care that is second to none for residents and help motivate and develop your team. You will attend monthly operational visits, audits, quality, and compliance, and support the development and opening of new services.
The role is based in the outskirts of High Wycombe and is commutable from Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Reading, Slough and Oxford.
