Our client, is a property service partner providing repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work nationally across the housing and Public Sector.
They require 4 x multi traders for their reactice maintenance division across the following areas:
Guildford
Reading
Oxford
Aylesbury
They require operatives that can turn their hands to more than one trade. Plumbing or Carpentry multi traders are preferred.
Previous exprience within a Social Housing setting is a must.
A clean driving licence is required.
£34k – £38k per annum, depending
Van, Fuel card, Materials card and uniform provided
