8 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced multi traders to carry out maintenance works for our social housing client working on both day to day repairs and void properties across Aylesbury & Oxford.
This is a permanent position with a van & fuel card provided.
Hours are 8.00 to 17.00 – 42.5 hours per week
Salary £34,000 per annum
Main duties include; –
* Carpentry
* Plumbing
* Plumbing repairs
* Sash window repairs and installation
* Lock fits/repairs
* carpentry repairs
* Patch plastering
* Painting & decorating
* Splash back tiling
* Other multi works as required
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this role.
