Location: Aylesbury
Salary: £39,000 + Overtime and Call-Out (additional £10,000 earning potential)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call-Out: 1 in 7
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC Engineer to join a critical site in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills to contribute to the maintenance and operation of a key facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks across mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues to ensure the site operates smoothly.
* Respond to emergency breakdowns and calls as part of the on-call rota (1 in 7).
* Carry out other maintenance duties as required to support the site’s operational needs.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems maintenance.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
* Must be flexible to respond to emergency situations, including out-of-hours call-outs.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or similar).
