Location: High Wycombe
Salary: OTE £40,000 PLUS Uncapped Commission
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

An opportunity not to be missed to join our high energy independent office with a proven record in letting and managing all types of residential property.
Your voice will always be heard, and if there is a way to improve our systems and processes, we will make it happen so we can concentrate on securing more deals, meaning more commission.
You will be supported by experienced teams, and have the tools you need to onboard new stock to the market.
We are based in High Wycombe, covering that area and surrounding, as well as Aylesbury which we are targeting for growth to command a new office in that location.
This will not be a stagnant lettings role, we are going places, and looking to take the right people with us.
Lettings Manager – The Role:
• Generating innovative ways to drive business
• Strive to always be implement new and innovative ways to generate fresh stock
• Be driven in increasing market share through quality service, deliverability and reliability
• Canvassing for new business, generating appointments
• Conducting market appraisals and listing new properties
• Maintaining and improving fee levels where possible
• Handing over new instructions to our Negotiator team, and Property Manager for ongoing management
• Managing the lettings portfolio, heading up the negotiators to retain stock and let new stock
• Progression and growth with the company
Lettings Manager – What we need from you:
Must haves:
• Sales experience, and preferably in the property sector
• Property is a people business, and you will need top notch people skills
• Problem solving
• Computer literacy; MS Office, experience with CRM systems in general
• MAC friendly, we don’t do Windows
• Punctual and organised, keeping time on appointments will be key
• ARLA qualifications would be favourable
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Basic local knowledge of High Wycombe, Aylesbury, and surrounding areas.
• Full driving license essential
