Leads Generation Admin – Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Leads Generation Administrator for our client based in Aylesbury.

Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, this is a key role which has the responsibility for the development of new commercial & residential sales opportunities.

You will have great customer communication skills, a passion for continuous improvement, high energy levels and a can-do attitude.

Hours: 9am – 5pm (hybrid working)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000


– Responsible for achieving company and personal KPI targets
– Following up quotations sent via the estimating department – progressing order closing probabilities
– Researching, navigation, tracking and understanding database's
– Maximise growth for the sales regions
– Liaising closely with lead generation / estimating department
– Adding & qualifying leads onto the internal systems
– Reviewing sales inbox for opportunities against active leads on CRM and track

Requirements and Skills:

– Experience in Lead Generation/Sales
– Experience in using Microsoft packages, and internal CRM systems
