KS2 Teacher
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 teacher to join our modern academy on the outskirts of Aylesbury, starting in September 2023. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with modern facilities, and be offered a competitive salary ranging from MPS1 to UPS3.

Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching and learning activities to engage and challenge all students in KS2
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well being and progress of all students
Assess and monitor student progress regularly, and provide effective feedback to students, parents and colleagues
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular projects and activities
Engage in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice and contribute to the wider school community
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree
Experience in teaching KS2 students and a strong understanding of the national curriculum
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student progress and well being
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community
