Position: IT Field Service Engineer
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: up to £29,000 + Car Allowance
My client is looking for an experienced IT Field or Support Engineer to join one of the UK's leading sustainability companies. As an IT Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to employees across the UK. You will be working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about technology and progression in skill set.
Skills and Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10 operating systems
* Record all work activities in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Autotask, etc.
* Provide technical support for audio/visual equipment such as Teams, Video Conferencing, Smartboards, projectors, Click Share, Logitech Devices, Jabra Devices, MS Teams Rooms, etc.
* Manage and administer Office 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and multi-site environments
* Troubleshoot and support Routers, Switches, POE technologies, desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, and mobile devices running Android and IOS operating systems
