Installations Manager – Aylesbury (Mobile)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (Door to Door payment terms)
Hours: (40Hrs Per Week, 08:30AM – 17:00PM)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Extras:
Lots of overtime – 1.5x up to 20 hours, 2x over 20 hours
Company van, Company mobile phone and laptop
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (1 day per year added after 5 year’s service)
Our client is on the look to add an professional Air Con/Refrigeration Installations Manager to their team based in Aylesbury. They are a very well established Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company that has based their entire ethos around sustainable and environmentally friendly products.
Whilst also being very driven towards their environmental goals, they also provide high-end services at a market competitive rate. To further their ethos, they aim to reduce consumer energy costs, which leaves a happy customer and a cleaner footprint.
Key Duties of an Installations Manager:
Management of installations team and organising each stage, from planning to customer handover
Provide support on-site as and when required by the team
Reporting back to and developing relationships with the directors
Liaising on regular occurrences with the client project managers
Site meetings and customer site meetings
Budgeting
Providing site feedback
Ensuring customer needs and satisfaction are both met
Liaison with suppliers to ensure budgets and time frames are met, alongside logistical arrangements
Implement staff training
Creating and issuing handbooks
Documenting staff production and job sheets – creating quarterly reviews for directors also
Ensuring the company policy and ethos are firmly always implemented
Key Skills of an installations Manager:
NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Health & Safety knowledge of process
Full UK Driving Licence – (clean if preferable)
3 years’ experience within industry
Applicants must live within 20 miles of Aylesbury
