Job Title – HR Systems Analyst
Temporary – 1-3 months with potential to extend/temp to perm
Location – Walton Street, Aylesbury
Work Schedule – Mix of office working and remote work
Hours: Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Pay Rate – £15.71 per hour

On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst to join the HR Systems team in Aylesbury. Working alongside the HR Systems Manager, you will play an important role in supporting with the development, maintenance, administration and delivery of an effective and professional SAP HR System for BC and all partnership agencies.

About the role
The role supports the key system users providing second line operational and specialist support as part of the incident management process utilising SAP system knowledge and business process knowledge. As a HR Systems Analyst you will provide one to one coaching and assistance as required and ensures that all the associated data held against the Personnel Administration / Payroll / Org Man / Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service modules is validated and accurate.

There are also opportunities to work alongside project teams to transition new functionality from specific projects into business-as-usual (BAU) support and develop test plans to support the validation, maintenance, and implementation of new functionality/services.

This is a temporary position until 31 March 2023, though there is potential for this to be extended further or become permanent. The pay rate is £15.71 per hour, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. Buckinghamshire Council are working on a hybrid basis where you will work remotely for 3-4 days per week and in the office 1-2 days per week.

The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

The successful candidate(s) should have:
Data Validation
Analytical Skills
Customer Service
Stakeholder Management
Excellent ICT skills using Microsoft applications such as Excel with the knowledge of formulars and data quality.
Existing SAP knowledge is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
