Salary Circa £35,000 – £40,000
Mason James Appointments is currently supporting an Industry leading Manufacturing customer with the recruitment of a HSE Coordinator at their Aylesbury location.
The HSE Coordinator will be responsible for leading and developing a safety culture among the site team, and to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be a facilitator for continuous improvements at site and facilitate workshop events for all CI projects. The HSE Coordinator will lead the development of knowledge and proficiency among the site team and ensure all activities are carried out in line with UK and corporate safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
* HACCP Level 3
* IOSH Managing safely
* NEBOSH or working towards.
* Experience leading and managing people.
* Able to collate, analyse and report data efficiently on a daily basis.
* Experience working within a Manufacturing Environment.
