Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for a Yard Operative / Forklift Driver on behalf of a well established Builders Merchant in Aylesbury. Our client are looking to expand their team, the successful candidate will ideally come from a builders merchant background. This is a temp2perm position with an immediate start available. Our client is open for candidates who have either a valid, in-house or expired counterbalance forklift licence.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 07:00 to 17:00 & 1 Saturday on 1 off 07:00 to 12:00
This role involves:
operating counterbalance forklift
loading / unloading company vehicles
loading customer vehicles
picking orders
keeping the yard area safe, tidy and organised
completing paper work
The successful candidate will have / be:
experience using a counterbalance forklift – our client is open to pay for a refresher if needed
previously worked for a builders merchant
reliable and hard-working
happy to work outdoors and inside
open to work 1 Saturday on and 1 off
looking for a full-time permanent employment
local to Aylesbury or able to commute
a team player and able to work on own initiative
