Our client an established company of over 20 years with their head office based in Aylesbury is looking for a Full Time Finance Assistant.
You will be working with a small team and would report to the Finance Manager.
Main Responsibilities will include:
* Purchase Ledger Invoice coding processing
* Supplier query investigation and resolution
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Processing payments
* Sales ledger invoice raising
* Sales ledger cash allocation
* Resolution of unallocated cash
* Credit control and debt chasing
* Customer query investigation and resolution
* Assisting with month end management accounts
* Bank reconciliation
* Credit card reconciliation
Essential Skills:
* Experienced in using Sage 200
* Knowledge of CIS processing and returns
* Computer literate with a high level of Excel proficiency
* Proven experience in a similar role
* High attention to detail and numeric aptitude
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen
