My client is a specialist careers consultancy with offices in Aylesbury and Internationally, due to their success they are currently seeking Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their growing, vibrant team.
For experienced Recruitment professionals, my client has established markets and clients that would allow you to start achieving GP and commission potential quickly. As a specialist Careers Consultancy, they focus less on delivery of daily KPIs and instead focus on building strong relationships and achieving results through high fees, repeat business and market insights.
To be successful in this role you will need:
– 1+ years experience in recruitment
– Ability to build strong relationships and strong communication skills
– Aspirations to build a career
– Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to build rapport and an excellent phone manner
