On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Health Officer to join the Housing & Domestic team in Buckinghamshire.

About the role
As an Environmental Health Officer, you will be completing inspections of residential properties across Buckinghamshire, with a focus on damp and mould complaints
This is a temporary position for 2-4 months depending on workload, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is £30.98 per hour PAYE, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. As you will be managing your own workload the work times can be flexible across the week

About you
The successful candidate(s) should have:
Hold a clean valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
Have an understanding of construction methods and defects
Experience of dealing with damp/mould complaints
Able to draft Statutory Notices when requiredAbout us and our Client
