Role Overview
Trigon Recruitment are exclusively recruiting for an Employment Coach to work for a leading National Charity. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading 3rd sector organisation who deliver multiple contracts in both employability and skills.
Role Responsibilities
· Working closely with IAG and training teams to support pre release prisoners move into Hospitality Apprenticeships or Employment
· Delivering employability support, job search, CV writing, confidence building and interview techniques
· Sourcing quality roles for prisoners to work in upon release
· Linking with training providers to source Apprenticeship opportunities
· 121 support with prisoners
The ideal candidate
Experience of working in an sales or similar role engaging employers and Independent Training Providers
You will have the ability to engage senior decision makers to source vacancies including apprenticeship standards
Experience of working to targets and quality standards in employability sector
Motivating, inspiring and enthusing clients/customers to progress into great jobs
The ability to multitask and manage a diverse case load of clients or customers
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire others
A tenacious approach and an understanding of how employers recruit and select based on talent
Good administration, IT and organisational skills with good experience of using
MS office software and management information systems.
