About the role:
The Digital Marketing Executive is a crucial cross-departmental role for this expanding marketing team with a sole focus on delivering initiatives with the Channel & Partnerships team. The successful candidate will specialise in delivering website integrations and campaigns with key industry partners, optimising the insurance activation journeys and delivering performance reports. You must also be able to demonstrate an understanding and willingness-to-learn insurance websites and partnership principles.
The role specialises in the onboarding and optimisation of new partners, but will also support in optimising free cover activations and performance across existing affiliates and websites.
Responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Executive will include:
Being responsible for delivering partner integrations with Agria’s digital platforms, including:
– Working closely with the Channel & Partnerships team to plan and execute new partner integrations, considering website linking, digital banners, journey optimisation and compliance regulation
– Monitoring and optimisation of all partner performance metrics across microchipping, retail, breeder, veterinary and rehoming partners. Suggest and deliver ongoing improvements to improve performance
– Reporting on the performance of all free cover activation journeys within Agria’s websites
Working with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion from free cover activations
Duty to supporting all partners with delivery of digital marketing plans and collaborative website integration
Working to meet the departmental objectives, including maintaining SLAs and achieving required quality results
Responsible for monthly plans that achieve the business objectives
Responsible for reporting and analysis, on a monthly basis, to Digital Marketing Manager
Providing monthly analysis on partner activity across all useable platforms
Attending partner meetings via Teams and in-person when required
Carrying out additional duties requested by a member of the management team, as the requirements of the business demand
Qualifications, Skills & Experience we're looking for in our Digital Marketing Executive:
Must have excellent communication skills to work with business partners and various departments within the business
Must be of an intermediate level in using Microsoft Excel. Experience in Google Data Studio is desirable but not essential
Ideally will have experience working within the insurance or financial services sector
Ideally will have experience in website content management and CRO
Ideally will experience in understanding marketing KPIs
Ideally will have experience of CMS platforms and site content management
Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
Ability to effectively prioritise workloads
Excellent attention to detail
Well organised and self-motivated
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
Good interpersonal and team working skills
Ability to work to agreed performance targets
Versatile, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business
Ability to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours in order to meet business needs
