Overview
Pertemps Recruitment on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Workforce Officer (Customer Service Advisor) to join the Education Workforce Team in their Aylesbury office (HP20 area). Working alongside the Team you will play an important role in providing a professional customer service experience to stakeholders and customers within the School's sector.
About the role
As an Early Years Workforce Officer you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
answering customer queries
booking training venues
writing and uploading course descriptions
responding to customer queries from emails
accurately updating training course registers
liaising with national trainers and training companies
This is a temporary position for 3+ months, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is £14.58 per hour, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. Buckinghamshire Council are currently working on a hybrid basis where you will work remotely for 3-4 days per week and in the office 1-2 days per week.
The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40
About you
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can answer telephone calls professionally
You must have good English and numeracy skills
You will have good initiative, and can work on you own once the task is understood.
