My client based in Stokenchurch is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support within the sales team with processing customer orders, responding to customer requests effectively, and to be pro-active in ensuring the business meets and exceeds, the expectations of customers ensuring the business remains their supplier of choice.

Other duties will involve:

Load all sales orders and schedules on to WinMan ERP system
Manage outbound shipping dates to customers
Liaise with the sales team and other departments to improve processes, efficiencies and reduce errors
Book on all international shipments and load details onto the group dispatch tracker
Respond to all Proof of Delivery requests, providing signature and images to customers where required
Ensure customers are set up correctly and within a reasonable time periodThe successful candidate will have exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail skills, as well as previous experience processing orders. You must be able to work independently and within a team and demonstrate initiative.
