Customer Service Advisor – Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client based in Aylesbury.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of team responsible for making customer's experience the best it can be.
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 (DOE)
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Duties:
Placing order and dealing with related queries
Liaising with suppliers to obtain information on orders and products to ensure that customers and the website are kept up to date
Dealing with incoming queries from customers via various platforms: Phone, Email & Live Chat
Updating website content
Providing supporting for the sales team to meet customer requirements
Requirements:
Good IT capability including strong Excel/Word
Able to handle complaints and difficult situations
Excellent communication skills
Previous Customer Service Administrator
