My client based in Westcott is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their friendly team! This role will initially be supporting with admin duties, with the view to move into the customer care department. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and responding to enquiries over the phone, email, and live chat.

The successful candidate must have previous customer service and complaint handling experience and a positive, can-do attitude! You must also have strong computer skills and be confident using Microsoft packages.
