Our client a well-established company based in Aylesbury is looking for a CRM Administrator for their LCW programme with a specific emphasis on ensuring the data within the CRM system is up-to-date, accurate and complete as far as possible.
This is a temporary full-time role 37 hrs per week (initially 2 weeks temping then fixed term contract till mid-September 2023) but will consider part time hours for the right candidate.
Must be in a realistic location to Aylesbury
Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the final stages of the Low Carbon programme.
* Conduct desk research and use a variety of data sources to update the business records in our CRM system
* Implement and maintain data standards ensuring that the data is consistent and accurate
* Recording activity in the CRM system, for example, capturing that a customer has attended an event
* Develop and maintain robust electronic administration systems and records for the programme ensuring that all key information is gathered and updated in MS Dynamics
* Provide regular reports to the CRM Manager, Programme Manager and Head of Operations as appropriate, including activity reporting, data monitoring log and financial updates.
* Carry out regular and ongoing audits of electronic records on the MS Dynamics database to ensure accurate and compliant records are maintained. Follow up with members of the team where client records are incomplete
* Other duties relevant to the role as required by the Team
Essential Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidence in the use of IT – especially in Excel
* Although not specific experience in the CRM system us required, we are looking for someone that is confident in learning and using new IT system and applications
* Good written English
* Effective time management skills with the ability to work without supervision
