Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That’s why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.
As the Compliance & Data Co-Ordinator at Fairhive you can expect a varied workload and to be a valued member of our team, providing administrative support, essential to the smooth running of the business.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised administrator with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide essential administrative support to the Compliance & Assurance team.
The role will be Wednesday – Thursday 08.45-17.15 & Friday 08.45-16.45
On the Job you will:·
Provide high quality compliance support across governance, risk, procurement, health and safety and continuous improvement
Focus on data integrity across the Trust including testing and auditing data, reporting on the findings and providing recommendations for automation and improvements
Support the Compliance and Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with the legislative and regulatory framework across all areas of the governance team.
Monitor and update the internal registers on subscriptions, certificates and licences
About You
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
For this role you will need:
Ability to quickly pick up and assimilate new skills and ideas
Good time management skills
Ability to work with a range of stakeholders to deliver objectives
Strong IT proficiency including intermediate/high excel and word
Qualifications
5 GCSEs or equivalent
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Attention to detail
Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Practical problem solving skills
