The Role
The role is for a Commercial Manager working for a global leader in the sales of motorsport, automotive and f1 precision engineered and fabricated components. You will mange a small team of Account Managers to develop and improve business interests.
* Visiting clients to demonstrate our products.
* Identifying new business opportunities within motorsport, automotive and f1.
* Account management of key clients and MAN management of the Account Management team.
* Using CRM to actively record data and actions – business improvement recommendations/recommended actions from data.
* Monitoring and analysing market trends.
* Competitor research and analysis.
* Providing regular advice and updates to the upper management team regarding output and sales measurables.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes; You will have at least three years of experience in a Commercial Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Account Manager position and will have extensive experience in engineering/manufacturing – ideally fabrication and precision engineering supplying the motorsport or automotive industries.
* Must be sales-driven with a desire to exceed targets.
* Experience working independently to generate and service new business.
* Proven experience as a successful Commercial Manager within a similar industry.
* Key client relationship building experience.
* MAN management experience.
