Are you a Registered Clinical Professional with experience in neurological rehabilitation looking to progress within a CQC consistently rated 'Good' service?
A SpecialistIndependent Rehabilitation Case Management Company are looking for a registered clinical professional to join their team (Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, and Social Worker). Working with children and adults who have experienced complex injuries such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and orthopaedic injury to help implement and support them to improve their health, functional ability and life circumstances for the future.
You will have the opportunity to work in a range of settings including spacious offices based in Aylesbury with great transport links, community settings, as well as the option to work remotely after probation.
As part of the Clinical Multidisciplinary Team, you will benefit from a mentorship programme provided by specialist Case Managers to ensure your development. You will utilise your ability to build strong rapport with clients as well as your attention to detail to assess, co-ordinate, monitor and document the services required to help clients.
You must have 3+ years clinical experience – neurological rehabilitation experience is desirable but not essential.
You must have a UK drivers licence and access to car.
