Position Overview:

As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the construction and development of a 140-unit residential project in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to contribute to the successful delivery of an exciting project, working alongside an experienced team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in ensuring the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and materials to meet project goals.
Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.
Assist with the management of project budgets and resources.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Problem-solve and address any site-related issues as they arise.Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in a construction-related role, ideally as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
A relevant construction or engineering qualification.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
