Allocations & Lettings Advisor (12 month fixed term maternity cover)
Do you want to join our fast paced Lettings team?
Our Allocations & Lettings Advisor role will ensure our properties are let and make the best use of our housing stock
On the Job you will:
Be responsible for assessing applications for housing
liaise with applicants in relation to their housing application
Undertake viewings and sign ups with new tenants to ensure the best use of our housing stock
be responsible for the letting of temporary accommodation
Work closely with internal teams such as Voids team, Development team as well as external organisations such as Bucks Council
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
