Job Title: Administrator
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary – 3 months but could be extended

As an Administrator, you will assist the Operations teams with the administration of Claims / Policies, in order to meet the agreed service levels.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
· Outbound calling including breeders, vets and requesting information for claims
· Written correspondence to vets, breeders and customers to chase outstanding information
· Undertake departmental routine and exception processes, such as claim indexing, vaccination vouchers all in line with agreed service levels
· Respond to customers enquiries appropriately, ensuring all documentation is professional and correct
· Inbound calls from policy holders, vets and breeders
· Record and maintain accurate policyholder information using in house computer systems
· Provide and maintain exemplary levels of customer service at all time
· Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all policy terms and conditions
Key skills and Attributes
· Good organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Computer literate (MS Office) with keyboard skills
· Precise comprehension and ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
· Proactive attitude to learning new things and a fast learner
· Ability to cope well under pressure with determination and perseverance
