My client based in Aylesbury are currently looking for an Administration Support Manager to work within their Safety Administration team. Your role will be to ensure the efficient running of the Service Delivery departments, whose fundamental responsibility is to provide full administration support for key departments and managers.

Experience of managing staff is essential as you will also be responsible for the performance and development needs of your team, which consists of approx 9 members. This will involve ensuring that key deliverable and time-frames are met and managing any under-performance issues.

Exposure to budget management would be an advantage as part of this post will have some budget responsibilities.

You must be willing to undertake relevant security and vetting checks, and attend appropriate training courses, which may at times be based at different local sites. An understanding of IOSH is desired.

This role will be on a temporary basis starting on the 5th December, the role will be for 6 months, and has got the potential of becoming long term.
