Our Additional Housing Management team is essential to the smooth running of our business. Whether they are visiting or sourcing support for our tenants our team keep the customer at the heart of our organisation.

About the role

We are looking for a customer focussed individual to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.

On the Job you will:

To provide an Additional Housing Management service (AHM) to Trust tenants with complex needs or who need further support to improve their wellbeing.  To work with our residents who are at risk of tenancy failure to sustain their tenancy through the provision of time bound, holistic, assessment based advice, and support.

You will need to have strong organisational and planning skills to be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.

You need to be able to think laterally and help devise and implement innovative solutions to sometimes complex problems

You will be able to communicate effectively on behalf of the tenant with internal and external customers

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.

For this role you will need:
